This film seeks to focus on the racial divide especially between Blacks and Whites in the US. Once again the focus is also on a rouge cop in the LAPD. It seems like Hollywood thinks that most cops in the LAPD are crooked and authority conscious. Jackson did well in this movie. He has the look that suits his character very well. A lot to be learned here. Recommended.
